Program Overview & Requirements
Jones Second Chance Housing (JSCH) is a structured, independent shared living program designed for adult men. This is not an emergency shelter.

Participants reside in a shared living environment and must be able to live independently without supervision or medical assistance.

Program Details:
- Shared and private room options available (based on availability)
- Fully furnished home
- Utilities, Wi-Fi, and household supplies included
- Drug- and alcohol-free environment
Requirements:
- Verifiable income is required (employment, benefits, or third-party support)
- Ability to meet monthly program obligations
- Willingness to follow house rules and program expectations

If you do not currently have income, you may still complete this application. However, you must have a plan to obtain income or secure a third-party sponsor prior to move-in.
